Duffy Chan - Physical Therapist
Scott Matsuura - Physical Therapist, OCS
Mike graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Biology. He earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from USC in 1991. Michael has practiced in a variety of settings treating primarily orthopedic dysfunctions. He has worked in and managed several clinics from San Jose to Los Altos.
He has taken a wide variety of continued education courses including spine, shoulder, knee, foot and biomechanics. He has also taken the year long Australian Approach to Manual Therapy and the Folsom Year Long Manual Therapy Course.
His other interests include cycling, ultimate frisbee, hiking, and snowboarding.

Enrique graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and degree in Physical Therapy from Sacramento State University in 1998. He has practiced in the Sunnyvale area for the past 15 years. He has taken year long continuing education courses in the Australian Approach to Manual Therapy and the Folsom Year Long Manual Therapy Course.
Enrique is a strong believer in the body's ability to heal. He emphasizes exercise and manual therapy to help facilitate this process and to restore function.
Outside of physical therapy, his interests include jujitsu and snowboarding. Enrique also coaches his daughter's soccer team.
Heather Hartman - Physical Therapist, DPT
Scott is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He graduated with a Physical Therapy degree from Long Beach State in 1998. He has certifications in Yoga Instruction (RYT) by Yoga Alliance, Kettlebell Instruction (RKC), and Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
Completion of numerous courses has provided Scott with advanced training and education for Spinal, Shoulder, and Knee rehabilitation. Through his unique combination of skills and experience, Scott has successfully treated athletes to return to competition and people resume living their life to the fullest.
Heather received her undergraduate degree from University of Florida and her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University in 2013. She has worked as an Intern with the Sports Medicine Center for Young Athletes at Children Hospital in Oakland, among other settings, while completing her coursework. Heather is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
She believes in helping people regain function and empowering her patients with exercise, manual therapy, and education.
Outside of work Heather enjoys, watching college football and basketball, participating in Masters swimming, playing basketball and running, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
Duffy has a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas State - San Marcos. With almost 7 years of orthopedic experience, he is adept at manual soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation, and neuromuscular facilitation. He understands what exercises are needed to restore the body to form as well as how to progress them to achieve optimal functional performance.
Duffy participated and completed the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program which has further developed his clinical skills and physical therapy knowledge.
Personal interests include playing sports such as volleyball, football, and basketball as well as going to the gym.
